Everyone says this but it will get slightly better as you age. I was basically a hermit in college and was afraid of leaving my apartment or going shopping. Now I dont care because everyone my age is now chill and I dont care about young houligans anymore.
You could also try to find the root of the issue. Probably you arent confident in your looks so could try to find ways to fix it (new glasses, clothes, lose weight, lift, get a haircut, etc)

So last week I bought my oneitis a comfy little house for around $300,000 give or take. Before you call me a cuck, here me out.

Anyone else feel like a drug user with vidya in here? You run through this hedonic treadmill of a game, immersing yourself in the world to get these big squirts of dopamine, you space out alone in your room with your headphones on and forget you're a loser, and then slowly the drug stops working and you need to switch to something harder (or start using needles).
What is the vidya equivalent of heroin? I'm talking about a game that will keep me engaged for YEARS in a pleasant haze. I tried WOW long ago, but it wasn't really my cup of tea.

I've been lifting for 6 years, I've bulked up-to 95kg before and I felt like absolute shit. I feel most comfortably around 75kg and lean.

Not because I believe society is collapsing or any shit like that. I'm just too poor to rely on society, particularly with successive governments being ever keen to cut back on welfare (jobs are rarer than hens teeth where I live).
My Dodgy-dacha is almost self sufficient with regards to water and electricity.
The only major shortfall at the moment is a dependence on natural gas (by tank) for winter, and bought food.
I'm gradually growing my garden (and learning to cook with easier to come by produce), and I'm saving for a small wind installation and electric heating to reduce reliance on gas.
I have around 20 boxes of cereal which are around 5-6k calories each and around 60 litres of water, that should last me for a long while. If there was a happening I'd prefer to hang myself than to struggle through some uncomfortable shit t b h.
