I don't know if he posts here but it has been very illuminating to see inside the world of people just like him. His psychiatrist feels he has schizoid /schizotypal pd and autistic traits. My son has never worked and never claimed any benefits and we support him fully and wholly in every aspect of his life .He does not go out at all except to walk the puppy we bought him to encourage him .He has not washed or cut his hair or shaved his beard in years .When I said we need to get him help as he will end up homeless when we are not here ,he said "yes I know " heartbreaking.
