I need reasons to leave my house and drive 30 - 60 minutes to nearby towns to interact with other humans. Like exposure therapy.
fun/interesting reasons. "Go to games stores" or "go to libraries" doesn't work for me. it's not interesting enough. I can't motivate myself to do it. I tried and failed.
I don't want to socialise, I just want to experience being near other people in public. But I can't find the motivation to do this without any good reasons. Just walking around isn't enough.
I tried taking up some GPS game "ingress", was the closest I came to an answer, but I didn't really enjoy the game enough.
I need something fun enough to get past my mental blocks. But I don't seem to find much things fun.
