I've been working out 5 months now, getting modest strength gains doing a full-body workout 3 days out of the week.
How important is rest time and the amount you workout each body part? I'm wondering if it would be better to do a full body twice a week for more rest days. Or if I should do a split and how many days I should go.
Basically, workout a body part once a week with various exercises and more sets and reps, or 2 or 3 times with less rest.
