So over the last year l've basically created a livestyle for myself that almost completely closed me off from human interaction. I live in a city were l basically know no one and am self employed working from home.
This isolation, while having many advantages made me a complete social retard.
While l was always somewhat dorky, at this point it's just getting ridiculous.
Everytime l outside to buy something l go absolute spagetti when speaking to anyone or even just interacting with a cashier.
How can l fix this?
Find a video game you like, find friends within said video game, start talking to them over teamspeak/skype, gain social skills.
DESU if you play oldschool runescape and join a pvm clan you can make great friends

Desensitize yourself to embarrassment, which is the only thing you have to fear from social interaction. Join a club, pick up girls, go to a bar, do karaoke. You'll make a fool of yourself and pretty soon you'll stop caring too. Once you stop caring it never leaves you, you won't care what people think of you ever again, it's wonderful.

All my life I was bullied. One counselor once told me that I was probably going to be the boss when I grew up and that some of the kids who bullied me were on their way to 'shit kicking jobs of pumping gas.'
That's actually really irresponsible in retrospect.
First, no school official should be talking shit about other kids.
Second, why would he say this to me? Yeah I did fine, mostly B's, some A's, but I was clearly not some super student.
So how did his prophecy turn out?
Well he is right that now that at 25/26 some of those kids are literally working at gas stations. Others at fast food.
But one of the worst bullies is now a high ranking employee at some respectable local company. And this wasn't a situation where he was given the keys by daddy. His dad worked at a car wash. This kid was a smart kid and also popular. He was great with people. He got a job and worked his way up.
His has opinions and EVERYBOY is listening
And I'm working at a call center that takes surveys on people's cable provider. People yell insults at me all day.
It's just like high school.

That's the best part about qt's who insist on dating military men - there's a much larger chance that those men will be horribly murdered at a young age. Of course, then the woman gets to be all "My sacrifice!
