I just feel a little more relaxed than usual, maybe not as much energy. I have a slight headache but nothing too bad. Wish me luck on my attempt to quit caffeine, I highly recommend other coffee-addicted anons give it a try.
Caffeine is literally a drug but I just can't stop. I've went a month without it but all I noticed where negatives; depression increased, attention decreased, motivation decreased, desire decreased. Quiting coffee didn't do anything but hate me myself more.
But I do suggest trying it to see if it does help you.
