Multis don't do too much. Omega 3 is good. Supps are a load of bullshit for the most part.
I take KSM-66(ashwagandha extract) on days that I have to work or interact with people to help with anxiety. Noopept is useful as well, but Ritalin or Adderall are the frontline for concentration enhancement. They're the only thing with a lot of credible evidence behind them.

I gotta disagree with you. Now I myself personally have never had trouble with women but sexuality, love, companionship these are all needs. I imagine going without them would be comparable to loneliness. Sure it's not going to kill you, but we're social creatures and being alienate is going to do some harm.
Also 30 years old is a very late period in life to begin dating. Most people are doing so at around 12 or 13 years old, the average person will have sex at 17. It be weird to just start dating at 30 and having no relationship, or sexual, experience.

I saw this shitty facebook viral story a few months ago about this fat guy who got shamed for dancing (pic related).
Once I got to reading what it was about, you see that basically somebody recorded him dancing to mock him and then several condescending but atractive girls decided to look for him to throw a party in his honour, that way she could dance with them.
What pisses me off is how they saw him as someone who needs their pity. These women basically wanted to sell how ok they are with fatties on facebook. Just wanted to get those "good girl points". They were even willing to go to some awkward party with this robot and dance a bit with him, maybe even get a pic to show the world how good you are.
This being r9k, I know that a lot of you are already on my side just because fuck bitches. But it's not what these women did that pisses me off. It has more to do with the fact that none of them would be willing to date a guy like that. Not now, not ever, not even to get bragging rights on fb for ignoring the obvious unhealthy mess going on with this guy.

Man Fallout 4 was really disappointing. I guess this is the direction you can expect Bethesda games in general to follow from now on. I feel particularly bad about the Elder Scrolls series, which has been my favorite for a little over two decades now.
I guess I'll be satisfied just as long as I get a nice Hammerfell, Black Marsh, or Valenwood setting and mods. More likely than not it will probably just be another generic forest though
