If you live in murrica, there's pretty much no way you can arrest someone that's smoking weed in the comfort & safety of their own home, that is unless if you know for sure if they have large as fuck quantities of it (e.g. a pound or kilo), then they'll just charge him for unlawful possession.
they won't even bother unless they suspect the guy is dealing, so I guess you could lie and tell them that you see shady characters around at odd hours
I'd recommend just speaking with him about it though if it bothers you that much, I'm sure he'd be willing to smoke elsewhere he's a human being just like you are

Wet teabags and hold them on those spots for ten minutes, they'll reduce. Do this twice everyday.
Also put spoons in the freezer and half an hour later put them under your eyes until they turn warm.
There's a chemical in tea that will tighten the veins around the eyes and make them appear less black/blue.
The spoons do the same but it's best to do both.

The main problem is the discoloration under the eyes. It's mostly blue from veins peaking through the thin skin. Is it possible to make the skin thicker/less transparent?

Im a sophomore in dietetics but ive come to realize nutrition is worthless, super hifg unemployment rate and underpaid unless i make my own job.
Im thinking of switching to comp sci, as it seems like life would be ez mode after getting the degree
Should i do it? Im not sure if i like what im going to learn because i have no idea besides knowing ill have to take algebra, calc and lots of coding courses.

First of all, computer science isn't ez mode after getting the degree. The market is pretty competitive, and if you don't have a specialization, you're fucked.
Secondly, you not knowing anything about computer science at all first will, at best, result in you being a mediocre programmer, but more than likely you'll just drop out.

you either have to work to find the needles in the haystack who like skinny guys, or work to get fit and then your options open up. I used to be fit so I know how girls who were way out of my league were suddenly flirtatious. Now I'm skinny as hell again and with a girl who loves me anyway.
