need some help making a decision right now, /b/.
so right now im in my early 20s and my parents want me out of their house soon.
i've been looking at a lot of share places to live and rent at and none of the good ones (ones without 10 stinky Indians making shitty indian noises at 3am, etc)
and the best place ive found so far is really close to my uni, cheap as fuck, and the guy said he would rent the place to me if i confirm i will move in soon. I only have so long before some one else gets the place.
hes 32 years old, personal trainer.
chad face and body and doesnt really have much going on in his life by the sounds of it.
so my fear is if i live there and bring my future gf in there to fuck. If she sees him, she will start thinking about him, especially while i fuck her. I dont want this megachad looking guy ruining my sex.
like of course girls are gonna see chads everywhere else and think about them, but having a chad in my house while i fuck her is literally the worst place to have a chad.
so should i live there? im really conflicted about this ever since i left the inspection..

Spent every new years up until 2013 inside
December 31 2013 went out for the first time, was fun but basically a novelty

So my mother's the sort of person who buys into an assortment of new age religious bullshit- nothing about morality, just religion and metaphysicality for religion's sake. She places Buddha statues all around the house, believes in angels, and has one of those "Live Laugh Love" signs, or whatever they say.
So a few years ago, she went to some sort of fortune teller convention, and had a person read out a rough idea of the personalities of me and my siblings- from probably some form she forget she wrote on before heading in or something.
Apparently, I was supposed to be one of the earliest children to have left home, living as some married rich guy in my own house by like 21.
