A little bit and it helped. I just stopped acting like a mopey faggot. I try to talk to woman regularly whether they're qt or not. I started looking up to people who were cool and I emulate them so I stay in that mindset. Now at my job for instance I have at least 5-6 girls who say hi to me when I walk by. Even have a qt girl I plan on getting with. Honestly once you just start feeling good about yourself girls start noticing.

This. I used to be terrible at public speaking but I started watching TED talks and emulating how they speak. That in turn made me more confident when talking to females and people in general. Now I can approach and carry a conversation without sounding like a complete autist.
