I lost 40 lbs since December 2015, I'm no longer obese, I have a better health.
The thing is, I miss eating shit. I could eat healthy my whole life but eating pizza was one of the only pleasures I had in life.

You don't necessarily have to eat healthy to keep your weight low, you just have to control your portion sizes. I eat a pizza a week and I'm fine.

Huge fight at work. I'm sick of the bullshit and I'm looking for some reasons for why he said this:
Along my aisle at work, there are carts assigned to each person. Generally people don't care how they are oriented at each's station, and as you can see in the photo, some go out way further than the yellow tape (which I assume is the aisle line). The red rectangle shows the average position and distance away from the cart if you were to tuck it in. I put a bunch of large objects the blue-line distance away from the yellow tape, and the guy across from me says "Those are a tripping hazard". I looked at him and nearly lost it and asked him "what about all the carts around us?"
One thing lead to another, I started a huge uproar over this because I'm sick of this selective targeting of this shit, like if he actually cared like he says he does, wouldn't he do something about the carts and realign them? How do suddenly my objects become a hazard when there are some objects almost all the time sticking way farther out? Like if this was one of his friends doing it, he wouldn't have thought twice about it, but because it was me who he has no emotional connection to, he brought it up as though he thought he had a point to make. Dumb fucking idiot he is. I am so mad.
Also, moral to be learned here is that if YOU trip over something, YOU are at fault for not watching where you're going. Don't throw the blame onto someone else because you can't use your basic senses to get you through. You're very good at not claiming responsibility.
Please somebody help come up with a reason. The rage hasn't been matched up to this point in my life.

I see a lot of diverse groups in uni, usually other white people + 3 non-whites sprinkled in. I see people of every race who only befriend white people, even though they know they'll be subjected to a lot of race-based humor and implications about being inferior. I'm not trying to be /pol/ but white people are a status symbol because we're associated with wealth or something (even beauty because of light skin, but they're all brown so why don't they like brown.)
I guess my question is why do you non-whites believe in the white standard instead of making yourself the new standard? Or band with other minorities to be the new masterrace?
Blacks are against assimilation but also want what whites have, Everyone else wants to deeply assimilate but at the risk of losing their dignity (I had friends who'd crack white jokes and it was annoying as fuck. I don't even pay attention to being white). Why do all of you hate each other and worship us so much?

I went to the ER late one night because I was having a severe anxiety attack and delusions that I was going to die that night. It was really late at night (3:30 am) and they gave me some kind of sedative after taking blood for screenings just in case I really had something wrong with me.
lingering suicidal thoughts is a symptom of depressive disorders, so it depends on what is psychologically wrong with you. if you haven't seen a therapist/psychologist yet, you should definitely schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

I don't have a therapist or psychiatrist but I tried to kill myself 3 times in the last week I feel like I'm dying and I need help before I do it again I'd go alone to the hospital but it's a half hr by car and 3+hrs by walking and I have no car

They have spent lots of time to try and make me happy or maybe for something else idk what and i think i probably mean something to them and would genuinely upset them if i an hero

So i spend a lot of time thinking of ways to go without upsetting them

Iktf. My life is just so boring and empty. I wake up, go to uni, go home, browse the internet, sleep, repeat. When I talk to other people it's usually jusz meaningless small talk. I can't really connect with others. The friends I used to have from high school aren't really around anymore. I feel lonely many times.
I'm at the point now where I dread my days off of work, if I'm working I'm not dwelling on the fact that I'm a 25 year old khv. Once video games stopped working I went crazy.
Why am I so damn tired all the time?
I'll wake up from a 12 hour nap, go back to sleep, then wake up 5 hours later
