The girl I like randomly tells me I'm ugly.
Like we would be hanging out doing whatever and she just drops a "Why are you so ugly?" One time she said it when she was high and once when she was sober. She also does the same thing with randomly telling me im short.

I had a cold sore but then i did all of this....
I got a cold sore for the first time ever at 28 years old a week and a half ago, I did the whole abreva thing and would pick at the scabs.... I read it was best to pop the ulcers to get the virus out and sterilize it. I did not have a needle so I popped a few sores like a pimple and washed it with hand sanitizer. I also had some odd ingrown hairs there and could not shave so I took a tweezer and pulled out about 10 of them in the area.
I woke the next day with a very swollen lip as can be seen in the following photo below.
The area where the cold sore was after tweezing the hairs out was fully numb for 30 hours like it has had a novocaine shot feeling to it all day long. A small squishy like cyst would also appear behind the aggrevated cold sore but it has pretty much gone away.
I also would later on take a needle and pop the little white ulcers to drain it so it would dry out but it would only spread with new smaller sores so I stopped messing with it all together.
If so do i Need to go get meds?
I am 5 years celibate including no kissing so I am guessing I got this touching my face after shaking hands since I work as a journalist. It was very cold the day before this popped up and my lips typically chap in cold weather, the next morning I had that tingling feeling where the sore would appear and my lips were dry.
I also take 40mg ritalin and 20mg Lexapro daily which may have been a factor here.
I am going on nearly 25 days with this now.

I joined the army in 2001 when i was 23. I was pretty depressed and I honestly had no friends in high school. I was bullied and worked at a gas station after i graduated for years.
The army was the best time of my life. Now 15 years later my life is at standstill again. Because i chose infantry i can't really do much but work at a hotel making shit money.
