I've bin here for years, moaning about my horrible life, moaning about this and that..everything.
But this night after reading buddhas teachings, and reading eckhart tolle for weeks, i woke up after a beautiful dream of full peace, flying through the world and living the moment.
After i woke up, everything felt so peaceful, everything that seemed hateful towards me suddenly was peace, love.
Then i got it, i felt it.
I got that everything that we "hate" or don't want, is just imagination.
What's so bad about not having a job, a girlfriend, or enough money?
Nothing, you just think, some people have this! I need it too! I can't feel happines withouth this!
All humans could live in peace if they would accept this truth, jesus was preaching it, buddha was preaching it.
If we would all just live now, and would plan the future without worrying about something to happen, without worrying about someone to betray us, we would all live in harmony.
But we don't want it. Because we grew up with this sick mind, our parrents gave it to us, and their parrents etc etc etc.. this goes to the stoneage.

A guy doing a decent bodyweight routine for a year easily surpasses a runner who has been doing nothing else for five years in both looks and strength.
