Delete your facebook or start doing fulfilling things. I do the same thing too OP, but you have to realize a lot of people on there are posting shit to receive validation. It makes their experiences seem pretty shallow when you realize that.
There are studies showing that people who regularly use Facebook have a higher likelihood for depression from exactly the reason you are describing. You should stop using Facebook, or at least stop reading your feed and only use for when you need to contact people.

I've noticed that irl girls don't just ignore me, but when they ask me a question and I answer in an objective manner it's like they're still ignoring me even when it was them that was asking for something.
