Just started as an IT support and I can tell my co-workers are out to make me fail.
One said his username and password wasn't working and I told him to check the caps lock, he said it wasn't that and complained loudly to his co-worker that the "IT guy didn't know how to help" the other guy then chimed in with some shit. Turns out it was the caps lock...
People are being annoying with e-mails too, using "..." frequently as if their problems are my fault.
Pretty sure one guy is messing with settings in Excel and then calling me over, his zoom print setting was set to 10%, no way that changed on its own.
These normies are cunts, some of them are okay but others are just bitter about their life and try to annoy others at work. Was having a good time until this happened, and it all happened in one day.
Anyone got similar stories? Good to vent.
