As for my suicide method, I plan to go skydiving and not pull the parachute. Hopefully doing it above the cloudlayer and during sunrise so I get to see something beautiful and happy in my life for once.

But that's only going to benefit you if you think the right thoughts. If you think the wrong thoughts, then the action you take based on those thoughts is probably going to end up being wrong.
