But therapists are for normies. They can barely help normie men even; they're mostly there for the women. They can only help fixing mostly minor issues otherwise fully normal people have.
We're so fucked up, the only thing they can do is to encourage you to get the rest of your life in order and hope it does something for our mental health.
If your therapist is female she will probably end up loathing you so much she won't let you schedule new appointments.

I met a girl on an dating app, it's long distance, but it feels like i hae to gie up everything i like doing just to appease her and because she has so many personal issues i cant say certain things without triggering her anxiety or making her cry. would it be wrong of me to just escape? it's kind of suffocating. is this what being a couple is like? am i going to have to spend the rest of my life giving up my activites just to spend time with her?
