The truth is, I did this solely so I could gain another inch, and it worked, going from 11.5cm to 14cm, the rest was just a nice bonus.
Heh, I'm doing some weight loss too. Started at 230, now I'm 211. Still over weight by a significant amount (I'm 5'11, so I need to be 170-180 pounds). I'll get there, but it's taking too long, especially with trying not to lose any muscle while doing it (I'm fat-athletic, not obese).
