This just goes on and on, I once shoved my face into a fucking mirror out of anger, punched a bunch of glass shreds from a broken bottle on the ground just to purposely fuck my knuckles and have punched a computer until it just got irreversibly fucked forever. This IED shit is fucking me up, I'm almost twenty and I have gone to the brink of a true to god stroke out of anger before.
Anyone in a similar situation?

Jfc, no. I get angry and hit shit but you're taking it to the next level. I usually jusy hit my leg or slam a pillow on the ground over and over instead of breaking shit. I have broken controllers, computer mice, glasses etc... in rage, but not in a long time.
I wish they would all just die. I've been starving myself all week to make I never end up like that. Seriously, food is overrated. It just makes you fat.

I feel you. I saw my peers steadily learn how to properly talk to women and socialize while I stood by and watched. Thought I would learn along with them but I would always say something weird/awkward. Went to the internet to seek refuge.
