I used to feel this way about my parents.
The older you get the more you realize they are just idiots like everyone else.
They sound like terrible people. I would distance myself from them. If they ask why, tell them. Cut any ties you have with them financially (like if you're on their phone plan or something).
But not having a children is not something I would do. Have the kids, then don't let them see the children. That would be the most painful thing you could do to them.
But as you get older, you start to just feel bad for them. My dad has something wrong with him. He is so high anxiety and angry I feel bad for him. Being his kid sucked, but he helps watch my kids and is kinder as an old man.
Your parents sound like absolute shit though.
It's complicated when you have to decide between taking revenge or purging your own DNA from the earth. Like, do you hate them enough to destroy yourself over them?
You need to learn to like yourself despite them, and move far away. Estrange them with confidence. Tell them it's for your benefit, not theirs. If they care about you they let you go

I'm afraid the only advice I can share is based on my own experience. I'd study/work best when the deadline was a few days away. My brain would just go into alert mode and I'd cram in so much shit that, looking back in a few months, it would seem superhuman.
And whenever I tried sensibly leaving plenty of time and planning ahead, I just couldn't muster the willpower and would end up procrastinating. Textbook on my lap and youtube on the monitor, stuff like that. It's only when the severity hit that I could really get down to it and pull through. And I wasn't even a dropout. Graduated with flying colors.
