Is eating 3 meals a day just a meme created by the bourgeoisie so us proletariats would give them money? For about a month now I've only ate 1-2 meals a day (usually just one) with some snacks mixed in. I'm saving a bunch of money, losing weight and I feel fine. Is there something I'm missing? Do you guys normally eat 3 wholesome meals in a day?
