The most important thing to remember is that despite what the very bitter and poisoned people here believe, people aren't evil or inaccessible.

Don't try too hard. Be patient and realize that people may not like you at first. This isn't easy. Eventually, you will make social connections. Baby steps.
If you make friends, you will make girl friends, if you make girl friends, you will have sex. This will come in time, but don't make it your main goal. Having a social life will make you less miserable and a more balanced and self-actualized human being. This is the goal, and you may realize this soon.
