I feel the same way. Recently I've been getting a long pretty well with my coworkers, but I have no friends at all, so being around them just makes me emotionally sick.
It's because im just constantly reminded that they all have lives and friends and I'm stuck here with disgusting idealistic hope even though it doesn't run deeper than the fact that they are people I just work with and vice versa.
The fact they will never care or think about me as a human being makes me never want to talk to another person.

That's not autistic. It's just a preference. Music is overrated in general. I can't stand those people who are like OMG I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT MY MUSIC...and people who listen to music while studying are the absolute worst. 99% of the time I prefer to just have silence.

No I'm pretty sure it's on the spectrum.
I can understand no wanting to have music playing 24/7 and wanting to fully concentrate or something or just clear your head, but people who genuinely don't like or even hate music just as a concept are definitely a couple of nickles short of a dime.
and to be honest maybe I'm a little jealous of them. Even when I'm not listening to music, there's always a song playing in my head. Either something that I recent listened to, something that's been overplayed, something that I haven't heard in a while, or even something that I think about writing down. It's just a 24 hour itunes shuffle in my mind.
