Why do women have such an easier time getting relationships than men?

How drastically would our world change if, ANYONE who still has their virginity had very bright glowing green eyes. Almost radioactive looking.
Once you lose your virginity, your eyes became a normal color and no amount of high tech contacts would affect the glowing eyes, nor could they be replicated.
