Holy shit guys, these past year I've been pretty much secluded at home all by myself with only me and my thoughts.
Naturally my sanity has begun waning quite a bit, but the really scary part is that for the past several days I have just been having a ridiculous amount of deja vus, like I'd do something during the day (or night) and think "hey haven't I done this exact same thing before, and isn't something going to happen just now?" or "haven't I seen this exact same scenario in a dream" or not exactly a deja vu but I'd think about a memory only to realize a few moments later that it's a false memory that never happened.
Anyone experienced this or have any idea what this is? I'm legitimately getting freaked out.
