you need to stay distracted. watch movies, leave the house, read a book just pick up anything to keep you busy. stay away from food don't go to the kitchen don't go near your pantry. if food is far away it's a lot easier to refuse it. drink lots and lots of water, never stop drinking water really. find something that works as an appetite suppressant if you can, if you can't don't stress about it just keep drinking water. you probably can't go from eating a normal amount everyday to nothing at all so start by trying to eat just one meal a day. when you do eat make an effort to eat only things that are good for you, fruits and veggies maybe plain Greek yogurt. things you won't end up binging on. cooking takes lots of time and if you can take more time making your food than you do eating. I like to cut apples and peppers slowly because it gives me lots of time to think about the calories that I'm about to put into my body and usually when I'm done I feel a lot less hungry. it's important to never eat without thinking, a lot of times you eat more than you want because you aren't thinking about it. think of the consequences of everything you eat before you eat it and it will be a lot easier to turn food away. get a calorie counter app, so you can always know what you're putting into your body "myfitnesspal" and "calorieking" work really well. good luck
