I'm having surgery tomorrow to remove four teeth, two molars and two premolars - one that is impacted and a weird looking shape on the xray, maybe fused to the bone.
They're all up the top and on both sides of my mouth and I'm really not looking forward to the healing bullshit.

I'm a vigorous brusher and I always have been. It's just the impacted tooth and one molar went bad. They're removing the other two (same ones on the opposite side) really for space and symmetry.
