I hate working for any sort of company no matter what, because I feel like I only exist to work for that company. If I do something wrong or say that I don't like my job , they say there are thousands of people who'd like to have a job and the company doesn't need me as an individual. So even all the ass-licking of saying "wow this company is soooooo great" makes me wanna puke because they force you to think a certain way and one sort of gets brainwashed.

Who /meditate/ here?
I've been trying it in combination with stretching for the past few weeks or so and I found that it really helps me sleep better and made me more relaxed in general.
Anyone else cares to share their experience?
Did a 10 day Vipassana retreat last year. I have not been able to start a regular meditation habit though so have seen no further benefits. I am absolutely convinced that meditation can have a huge positive impact though and experienced it personally, albeit temporarily, after the retreat.
Will be doing another retreat in a few months I think. But like anything, its all about consistency and not one-off experiences
