Just tell them you've changed your name. Switch any details on social media, inform any banks or businesses etc. Depending on the country their may be some legal steps.
In the UK, there is no formal requirement to have any sort of legal process to use a different name, but there are a couple of different legal documents you can use as proof if you need to say get a passport or something.
