First off forgive the grammar. I'm typing this through a lapto with a covere dscreen.
That's how hardcore I am. In fact, I don't even look at computer screens anymore as it induces "third reality" syndrome. Something I made up, basically it sucsk you into third reality/cybperspace.
This has been the best week and a half I've had in a long long long time. It's been hard but I have to tell you the benfits are coming in slowly.
I am 30 years old and I have quit internet, media, television and radio for 9 days now. I am more productive, alert, and my anxiety has diminished.
In fact, I have decided, and have linked my anxiety issues to internet use. I have bene using the intneret since I was 15 year.. no.. 11 years old. Since 1996. So roughly, I have been online or about 20 years. I have also had lifelong anxiety and deression. It hit hardest late 20's. I have linked this all to internet use.
You might ask yourself.... well "What if I check my email?" - NOPE. What if I go on for 10 minutes. NOPE. I'm fucking serious dude.. if ou're going to do this you hvae to jump all in. Now, don't get me wrong, I listen to music when I workout off youtube.. and I have checked my email maybe like 5 times in the past 7 days.. no doubt. But I make it quick and Get the fuck off. TRUST ME. THATS HOW BAD THIS SHIT IS.
Internet is like poison for ou rin mind.. I am serious.
SO get the fuck off of it after ou you read this and make an oathe. to quit all stimulation.. video games, internet.. TV, EVERYTHING. How bad do you want to have a AWESOME life??
There is no fucking doubt about it in my mind that my depresison anxiety and other issues were from using the internet. I don't have a theory or scientific facts, I just know this is the truth.
I have 36 replies to my other posts in my inbox as we speak, but I haven't even read them, th emain reason is because, it will illicit emotional respones and trigger dopamine that will send me on a chain of prolognged use for the night.
In other words, I know that everyone on here are human beings, but I have taken an o internet policy, and have said god bye to cyber space. I suppose I am typing this because I want the messaage to get out there.

IF you can't do it, than you will not receive the benefits. When you quiet the mind and silence all forms of distraction you begin to see a new life. In other words, your spirit is open for the first time, befcause it is not clouded with all the bullshit.. that is being shoved down our throats from day 1.
If you grew up on TV like most american kids, than you are born addicted. When you grow up on internet, even worse. I find myself talking oenly a out of nowhere, and strangely, I spent so much time with family went to a BBQ, was completely extrovert, hung out with friends and family and had zero anxiety.. My libido has jumped back... Also some days I just have edtra thougth energy etc.
I know that this shit is for real because I ha d a few nights, where I had some type of strange withdrawl syndrome, symptoms.. My head was pounding and I was suffering. But I knew it was because my mind was fineding for stimulation. I quit e TV, radio, and internet. I don't play video games. I am done poisoning my mind with bullshit clutter.
Most of you will say, "That's too te extreme" - to which I reply.. how bad do you want to enjoy every moment of your life? and be present all the time? ..?
