Start getting fit. Do body weight excersises. Climb stairs and forget the concept of lifts. Then, join a gym.

Try to learn something from your home. Go through tutorials for hobbies.

Get to a hobby class; guitar, sketch class, etc.
Some might even use swear words at me, I don't care.
The couch, chair you are sitting on isn't the place you are supposed to be. Get active.
Wash your dishes, clean your house, keep your desk clean, try to keep away the mobiles away for a while(make challenges at this), etc.
When your procrastinate, and then do your job somehow and get the results, you then think that you could've done it better. You think that way at the end coz you have the potential to do it.
If you can dream something, you can definitely achieve it.
Everything is hard for a reason, because only the people who wanna change gets to their goal.
When you die, don't die of utter dissapointment thinking you could've done better now.
