Being healthy still isn't a miracle.
So a few months ago I got in a relationship with a girl that really liked me(asked me out) and she's my first serious relationship. At first I didn't think too much about her sexual past(already heard it from her before we got together) in the beginning, but the past couple of weeks it has. She's been with 15 guys in the past and I can't get over it. I'm 22 she's 28. I love her but the thought of her being with other guys is eating away at me. I told her the other day how I felt and needed space to think but she would want nothing to do with me in the future if that's the case.

I started a dose of Citalopram about a month ago now and I can feel them kicking in. I feel like a fucking zombie. I'm not sure if I like it, but I keep reminding myself numbness is better than feeling as shit as I was before I got on these.

Which mental illness are you taking them for? I've noticed that people who take them for depression report poor or nonexistant effects, but those taking it for social anxiety/phobia are more likely to find it helpful.
My /armchair scientist/ conclusion based on low sample sizes and guesswork would be that citalopram helps for phobias but not depression.
