Seriously. Fucking call them. Has worked every time with me. I just got a job at a mental hospital as a custodian. It's comfy so far. It's part time but I'm public employee so I get benefits. I've had 3 jobs before this. All of them I put in an application and called a few days later asking to schedule an interview. They either do, or say they already filled the position.
Also, those stupid personality tests. Don't "answer honestly" like your parents say. Nobody reads them. They are just used to electronically trash 90% of applicants. The correct answer is always strongly agree or strongly disagree. Always pick the obvious correct answer. Do you prefer to work in teams? Strongly agree. Doesn't matter whether the position is working alone or not. All the tests are the same. Google the answer sheet.
