I think they just mean that it's not as good as it used to be. Before employers would do a lot to get a good developer because they were rate. Now there are a lot of cs students so they get to pick and choose more.

I've never heard that but I'm a microbiology major and don't know that many cs majors. My dad was a software engineer since the 80s so I had a pretty cushy life growing up. I never gave a fuck about computer stuff outside of gaming though. My brother works in IT though.

I'm a collegiate swimmer and I take a lot of interest in sports. But not like football and normie shit but like Olympic sports and their origins and the philosophy of man vs himself. I like bodybuilding, powerlifting, and obviously swimming. I view it as kind of an art to be honest. I about to graduate university and then I'll probably be a swim coach. I have a loyal gf and I feel very spiritual fulfilled in life. I look forward to my career because I view coaches in a similar light as teachers when it comes to sports of man vs himself rather than games.
