I had always heard your entire life flashes in front of your eyes the second before you die. First of all, that one second isn't a second at all, it stretches on forever, like an ocean of time... Yep, I've been there. Don't go whole hog on it. Designate one day a week as "no internet" (unless there's an emergency.) If it helps pick a day you're usually the busiest. It's easier to stick to one day at a time, and if you like it add some more.
I waste far too much time online but unless I could find a way to spend that time more productively, quitting wouldn't do much good. I can't guarantee that I could honestly.
