Regardless, the point still stands. With all the problems in today's society that affect the youth and thus the next generation of adults, one of the last things people should be worried about is a monogamous relationship with an "adult" and a teenage girl.

I was driving past my highschool the other day and I realized that school is fucking over for them. It hit me pretty hard knowing that I was once in their shoes 3 years ago yet I'm still at the same place.
Hell, there's even people who just graduated that are ahead of me in life, they already have a job, figured out what school they got accepted to go to and even having a ship date to join the military.

I like to look at lifting as a small component in gaining self confidence. When you lift, you don't just spend an hour at the gym and go back to 4chan. You learn how to cook and do it regularly, stay full everyday, set goals and push past them along with limitations you think you couldn't break past and seeing results from sticking to a program/routine.
I think that's what everybody here misses when they try to lift to change their life.

I threw away all my friends the moment I graduated highschool. I just stopped caring. Said fuck it, I'm never going to see any of them again. What's the point of maintaining contact?
One of them kept bugging me for a long time. Eventually I snapped and told her to fuck off, switched my number and email so none of them can reach me. A year or so later one of them manages to get in touch with me through my brothers facebook. He said they're all worried about me. I laughed and told my brother to ignore it.
Start college, was doing really well initially the first 2 years when for some dumb fuck reason I decided to switch my major from accounting to IT. My GPA got recalculated and hit a 2.0 since none of my classes transferred over. Stress and anxiety overtake my life and I fail 3 semesters in a row (18-20 credits each semester) like a complete jackass. I should have just taken a break. GPA fell to a 1.2 and ended up on academic probation. I'm back up to a 2.0 after 3 more semesters. Applied for associates degree graduation anyway even though my GPA is absolute trash simply because I can't stand the college anymore.
I'm having an interview for a data entry job next monday. And I'm fucking terrified. I've only completed an internship so far and worked as a door to door salesman for 2 months. I just want a half decent desk job. I've set back all my goals in life because of a stupid decision, this is the standard I've set for myself now. Just a fucking desk job will do. It's all I can look forward to.
