At this point it may as well be about the gain.
A year ago I weighed 270lbs.
I now weigh 195lbs.
All I did was limit my calorie intake to 2400 calories a day. My job requires me to walk approximately 7 miles everyday.
My LA Fitness membership starts soon, which I'll be focusing on shedding body fat with medium intensity cardio.
The real challenge is losing body fat, not losing weight.

My doctor prescribed me hormones about two months ago. I'm not exaggerating when I say it has completely changed my life. I feel muh more comfortable in my body and just feel happy. My depression has basically disappeared. I have actually met some cute guys on tinder who are curious and don't care that I still have a penis ;). Anyways I jut wanted to post this to let you robots know that transitioning is an option if you are uncomfortable in your body.
