I was broke last week but

I keep getting worse and worse every day. The new me is worse than the old one. I used to be a better person. I have gained 30 lbs and I'm going nuts. I close my eyes tight and I can see a woman there, she makes me do tasks for her. If I close them hard enough and start "pushing" mentally I can almost fall through into the world with her. I feel as though there's another reality just beyond this one and there are people there calling out to me, trying to pull me in.
