I was cut when I was around seven, and I still remember how extremely sensitive my glans was to touch. The reason why I haven't tried restoring yet is that my frenulum remnant is kind of fucked up. It is torn in two places and there is a lot of scar tissue down the shaft. I wouldn't even know where to grab the skin. I've tried stretching the scar tissue manually a couple of years ago and was in pain for days.
