Is it normal to be this guilty after breaking up with someone? I've been in a couple of relationships, but this has been the first in which I've been the one to end it. And I feel awful. I feel as though I've thrown something away. I hate the way she was crying. She's in so much pain and it's my fault. I know she's hurting right now.
I desperately want us to be okay, but I'm worried that we'll lose contact, and that'll so much time will have been wasted. Please tell me that someone else has been through this and that I'm not just feeling like this because I'm an awful person.

Seinfeld is one of my favorite comfy shows. Good light-hearted, smart humor. Best writing in comedy, period. I'm also watching Lost right now, which is comfy in the sense that its easy to become engrossed in the environment, feels like you're really there interacting with the characters. Great show.

I would add Fraiser and Cheers up there. Basically any sitcome from the 70's-90's is comfy tier.
Northern Exposure looks pretty comfy. Haven't seen much myself though.
I'd say Twin Peaks can be comfy at times too, but it also gets pretty dark.
