Alcohol is the easy part if you don't have a dependence. You just stay away from places where alcohol is served. It will get boring, so you need something that distracts you for a couple of hours when you feel the urge to drink.

I'm not an alcoholic but it is the only thing I look forward to at work, I'e gone crazy sometimes with it though, drinking in the day and stuff but never a true alcoholic because I couldn't afford to be and had more self awareness than let myself be one.
I am thinking about getting a Chinese takeaway every Saturday instead, it will be the only thing I have to look forward to at all at this point, it will be one of the only things worth living, I often used alcohol as a replacement for a girlfriend.

Why have school shootings started to become more recent? Highschools with the traditional normies, chads, stacies, and weirdos have been around since at least the 1960's. No one ever shot up a school until Columbine. But in the last 20 years we have had at least 3-4 major school shootings. So what's finally pushing people over the edge? Are people just fucking crazy nowadays?

Acne feels thread.
23 here. Had great skin during high school. Late bloomer mode, started getting more muscular and taller around the time I was 20. While I am more 'manly' looking, my acne has gotten worse.
It isn't so severe that I think I need accutane, but it is consistent enough to frustrate me constantly.
I eat 'clean' foods, avoid dairy as much as possible and drink lots of water in combination with frequent cardio exercise.
Wash my face twice a day with lukewarm water, a cleanser and end it with a splash of cold water.
When will it end?

If it's depressing you enough to feel like this, just go on accutane. Mine was never 'severe', but it was bad enough to fuck me up in the head.
Look at the risks of accutane, weight them up, because it is serious shit that can give you severe health problems, in a small number of cases.
If you think it looks worth the risk, go for it. I was 27 when I took it and my self-esteem and life in general has improved drastically since.
