Realized recently that the only friends i had as a young child were all severely autistic (and i mean actualy severely autistic not 4chan autistic) and literally every old friend of the family from my childhood era has an autistic kid.
Ever since i was becoming self aware ive been worried about being on the spectrum but have ended up living a pretty normie life.
Now with this realization about my early childhood having so many ties to other autistic children im starting to convince myself that maybe i am ad retarted as i always though and nobody has ever said anything.
Should i go see a therapist or just continue in my life of delusion and self questioning? What will a therapist even do to help if i am fairly seriously autistic?

I'm a personal trainer, put up 315 for 10 reps on squat today. I get this all the time. If you don't want to learn how to make healthy food taste good and you don't think it's worth hiring somebody to learn the exercises from you can stay a walking heart attack for all we care. I'm passionate about changing peoples lives for the better but I have no sympathy for people who squander their gifts :^)

would /r9k/ like to read a diary I've started keeping? I have BPD and panic disorder, so please bear with me. I keep it in a word document. I'm only asking if you all would be interested in reading because I'm honestly not sure if its wirthy of a cringe thread or if I need more help with my BPD than what I am receiving from keeping this diary. I don't feel like this diary has helped me make much progress though it's an amazing tool for distracting myself whenever I feel numb or paranoid. I'm also kind of self-conscious about my writing and I think it might be too esoteric and flowery.
