oversleeping will often make you just as tired as not sleeping enough. I'm not a professional but if there isn't something seriously wrong with you, you just have to find and stick to a real sleeping pattern. Most people only need 6-8 hours if u go into deep sleep, but if something stops you from completing your sleep cycle then you normally sleep longer.

Nothing in life gives you permanent happiness, only temporary happiness. There's a reason why all these rich, attractive celebrities resort to taking drugs. If you acquire anything, you become afraid to lose it (which ends up causing more grief than joy).
The only way to achieve eternal bliss is to completely distance yourself from the material world. If you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to worry about. It's the reason why some poor person living in a slum can enjoy their life more than a relatively rich wage slave in a wealthy country.

If emotionally compelled to do so they will have no second thoughts about cheating, manipulating and lying because in their minds unclouded by logic the females are always right. Even presenting a physical evidence in front of them will just make them force themselves to believe it doesn't exist, just look at the most rabid feminists and SJWs - all of them are females.
At the same time they have an innate need to be led by men and will suffer cognitive dissonance from this issue which results in irrational agression towards males especially. Essentially all females are simply children ruled by their emotions, children who won't do anything unless there's something in it for them. They can see only what's right in front of them and are unable to rule by logic instead of emotion e.g. Angela Merkel who ruined Germany because she felt bad after looking and refugee children. This is exactly a reason why they were unable to vote for all this time and is also a reason for western civilization going steadily downhill ever since women were given voting rights.

I'm completely awkward from being a NEET shut in for years. I barely talk to people and I don't know how to read body language or social cues. To top that off I'm aware of how pathetic and backwards I am, which only makes me more nervous and awkward.

Im awkward as fuck. The worst thing is that my awkwardness made me develop social anxiety and now Im stuck in a vicious cycle, Im always anxious that I might do something awkward but the anxiety then makes me act weird and awkward. It has gone better over the past few years though.
