Hopefully you're not implying that 100% of blacks are on welfare because that's far from true. There are certainly blacks that leech off of it though, just not all. Do you realize that there are whites, asians, mexicans and literally any other race you can think of that do the exact same?

There are already Republicans that receive votes from African-Americans. I'm not sure how a Republican could do much more other than not being blatantly racist and acknowledging some of the shitty situations that many minorities are forced to deal with (ex: racial profiling).

I'm personally moderately conservative about sex, but I don't care what others do. I have gad sex with one person while we were months into a relationship. I am conservative-ish for health reasons and because I found out that I personally don't like sex much.
I don't think that having lots of sex partners makes sex more meaningful. I don't believe that sex has an inherent meaningfulness.
I would recommend that all people wait until they are at a stable time in their lives with a stable partner before having sex. Rushing into things seems to end too often in stds or pregnancy. Girls especially need to remember how thirsty men are and that they should not wantonly indulge that thirst.
I refuse to have sex with someone I am not in love with and deeply committed to. They must also be disease free. But I wold not impose my will upon others.
