In recent days, a change I have noticed is that I seem to have just lost the ability to fantasize about having sex with women. I do believe this is because my body is forgetting what it is like to masturbate. People in the thread told me that its very creepy, as if all I care about is a warm body next to me. Similarly to how I described how yesterday I told a woman at yoga I think she's very beautiful and wore a sexy outfit, that I objectified her as if I care about nothing more than her legs and ass.
So my current challenge is trying to wrap my head around what the concept of objectification actually is? Is it real or myth? What is or is not objectification, and how to become a person that does not objectify women?
I'd love to hear you thoughts on this, so I can develop a better understanding and make the most of my therapy session next week knowing exactly what I want to work on.
