Can't ask anywhere else than here without being seen as the odd one, so here it goes. I am emotionally stunted, would like to blame parents but the fact is I locked myself in my room for 5 years, stopped caring about anything and just mostly self endulged in video games and porn. Effectively stopped my life for that period. Now, even as a child I was unable to express myself, and when I did, mostly it came out as gibberish, later had the tendency to just shot down after a few minutes of any social contact. Doesn't really make you popular. Went numb after a while, stopped actively thinking, basically became a beast. I am 24 now, haven't really accomplished anything, started smoking pot, got a epiphany how pathetic my life is. Feel like shit, want to change, don't know how, forgot how to be alive. Probably dumb to ask on an anonymous board for advice, but how do you proceed forward?
