Honestly I'd say two or three times a week. Make sure at least one of those times is just to your imagination and only one is really crazy fetish stuff. Otherwise you may fuck up your sex drive/ability to perform in bed.
Once a week dude. I didn't fap for 2 weeks. After week 1 I felt like superman. After week 2 I felt like chad. Blew my load (not to porn) and its been about another week. I have a lot of energy and I'm a little less depressed.
Going to jerk it again and try to keep to a once a week schedule.
