I was born there it is pretty transient, you want to avoid living in north or downtown as much as possible because those places are pretty trashy. You should probably invest in developing skills that transfer over well as we get hit really hard during reccessions. Being under 21 is troublesome @ times. Mostly everything is open for 24 hrs.
