I can't sleep unless I take something. I don't know how this happened. I'm distancing myself from the people I love and I don't know why. I feel cold and disconnected. It seems like everytime I feel happy it just goes away. Very few things make me happy anymore. I just want to sleep....

Anything that makes me tired. Usually a high dose of DPH or DXM. Sometimes tree. I should probably see a doctor but I'm afraid that they will ask too many questions and prescribe an anti-depressant or something. I don't want my family to think differently of me or think that I'm a pussy.

how high? the sedative effect of dph goes away after a few days of consecutive use

how much dex? do you drink syrup? i havent done that shit in like 6 months, i really like the effects of the drug but the syrup makes me nauseous and gross and my heart rate also goes up which bothers me
