Here. Parents chose their careers over raising me and my brother. I can say with certainty I've spent atleast 9/10ths of my time home either home alone or with my brother. My mom is gone all week, and does things with her friends on the weekends and my dad dissappears for months on ski trips and what not.
Their not bad people, and they are pleasant enough when I do spend time with them. It's just they were never involved in my life. Video games, tv, books, and the Internet raised me. I'm 18 and my bro is 20, were both neet and massive failures of life. No one ever taught me how to live, I just have memes. It's honestly not that bad, It could be a lot worse. And I get to be comfy in the upper middle class, but I wish I had a parental figure growing up. At least I'm good at cooking now.
